Made from the ultra low cropping Mendoza clone this Chardonnay has power and intensity. Barrel fermentation with natural yeasts and some solids was followed by 12 months ageing in French oak barriques of which 30% were new.
The resulting wine is a multi-layered, full bodied Chardonnay that also displays focus and restraint.
