This Pinot Gris shows great aromatics and can be enjoyed young as a summer wine. Some aging may enhance the weight and structure of this wine.
On the aroma we find ripe pear quince and honey wax with hints of red apple and exotic lychee. The palate is refreshing with lively fruit flavours of pear with a plush mid palate of apple strudel and baking spices, with a crisp fresh apple finish.
