Gabriel Meffre wines have a rich history rooted in the heart of the Rhône Valley, one of France's most renowned wine regions. Founded in 1936 by Gabriel Meffre, a passionate winemaker with a vision for crafting exceptional wines, the winery quickly established itself as a benchmark for quality and tradition.

Located in the village of Gigondas, Gabriel Meffre's vineyards benefit from the region's unique terroir, characterized by its rocky soils, sunny climate, and the cooling influence of the mistral wind. These conditions create the perfect environment for growing a variety of grape varietals, including Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, which are the backbone of many of Gabriel Meffre's wines.

Tasting Note: Fresh and unabashedly forward, this full-bodied blend of Grenache and Syrah offers loads of juicy, primary blackberry and boysenberry flavors edged by piquant bramble and spice. It's soft and rich in mouthfeel but the finish is anchored by firm, lingering tannins.
