2022 Decibel Rose (organic)

This is a winner for afternoons in the sun with aromas of orange blossom, crushed wild thyme, and ripe berries.

In Appearance: Soft pink salmon hue.
On the Nose: Strawberry seeds, stone fruit and powdered doughnuts dominate the nose with hints of raspberry, orange peel, roses and summer florals.
On the Palate: The front palate is soft and rich with lush cheeks. The mid-palate adds a bit of spice and brambly fruit with chalky, citrus notes. The finish is bright and crisp making this rosé an excellent for a range of food pairings like Vietnamese Pho or grilled salmon with lemon herb butter.
