Sourced from the Tiger and Sinclair vineyards, this Pinot Gris is from the Lowburn and Parkburn regions of Central Otago.
Hand-harvested with care, this wine is fermented in small batches to preserve character and blended to produce a full-bodied, dry and textural Pinot Gris with mineral infused fruit notes and a lingering finish.
Tasting note:
Aromatic dried herbs and wildflowers with a fruity bouquet and flavours of guava, honeydew melon and pear. A subtle burst of citrus and pleasant acid delivers nice harmony and a long dry finish to the sweetly fruited palate.
