Tasting Note: The 2020 ‘Highland’ Merlot is a belter. Lavish in blackcurrants, spice, cigar box, toast and silky tannins, it reflects the quality grapes and French oak barrels used in the winemaking. Harmonious and in balance, the 2020 will age gracefully for many years. It is only the seventh ‘Platinum’ label since 1989.
