2023 Brookfields Fiesta Rose

Tasting Note: Elegant and delicate, the 2023 Fiesta Rose is a delightful salmon pink colour with a rose garden bouquet. This luscious wine perfectly balances strawberry, rose petal, and peach flavours. The free run is drained off at the receival hopper, and the balance of the juice is pressed. All the juice is from red grape varieties, namely Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, and gives this wine its eye-catching colour.
