2023 Chard Farm Swiftburn Sauvignon Blanc

Central Otago Sauvignon Blanc isn't something you see too much of, but this delicious example is tailored to showcase the herbacious notes and tropical fruit that you would expect of your Sav. The point of difference is a textural structure, resulting in a fuller-body and enhanced mouthfeel. 

This is a hand-picked wine that boasts small-batch production and wild-yeast fermentation. The final blend is assembled with a portion having spent time in oak. Definitely a Sauvignon to try!
